By submitting your song, you agree to the following terms and conditions: (Flair AI Radio Song Submission Terms)

  1. Original Ownership
    You confirm you own all rights to the song, including songwriting and performance rights. The song must be original, contain no covers, samples, or third-party content, and be free of any legal claims. You continue to own the rights to your song, as well as any revenue generated on outside media platforms, such as Spotify, Soundcloud, etc.

  2. Broadcast License
    You grant Flair AI Radio and its parent company, Pure Fusion Media, a royalty-free, perpetual license to broadcast and promote your song across our media platforms: flair-airadio.com and flairsoundscapes.com. This is a license only for promotion of your music, and not for the resale or distribution on any other platform in the future.

  3. Editing Permission
    You agree that Flair AI Radio may modify your song (e.g., fades or edits) for broadcasting or promotional purposes. We will only broadcast these edited versions on our media platforms, and will not submit to any outside platforms.

  4. AI Content Compliance
    If AI tools were used to create the song, you confirm compliance with the terms of those tools or platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Suno, Udio).

  5. Legal Responsibility
    You accept full legal responsibility for your song and agree to indemnify Flair AI Radio and Pure Fusion Media from any claims related to your submission.

  6. Airplay Not Guaranteed
    Submitting a song does not guarantee it will be played. Flair AI Radio may accept or reject submissions at its discretion. We will provide a written explanation for each submission if the song is declined.

  7. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by U.S. law, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Phoenix, Arizona.
